• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus. Total wagering amount: (৳1,000 + ৳1,200) × 15 = ৳33,000.
• Withdrawals from the bonus are not permitted until wagering is complete.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering on designated games.
• The validity period of a bonus will be specified in each offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.

5.3 VIP Program

The ck449 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on a member's playing patterns and their relationship with the platform. The benefits at each tier are subject to change.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

ck449 provides various online games and sports betting services. The following rules apply to all games and betting:

• All bets are considered final; once a bet is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, ck449 may cancel and refund the bets for that round.
• The records of the ck449 system will be considered final in determining game results.
• Players who attempt to manipulate the system through software or techniques will have their accounts cancelled.

6.1 Sports Betting

Additional rules apply for placing bets on sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. In the event a match is cancelled or postponed, ck449's decision regarding the relevant bets is final.

6.2 Live Casino

For live dealer games (games from providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), the rules of the respective provider also apply. In the event of a disconnection, the result will be determined according to the game record.
